Tier 2 — “EQ Simulation Workshop”
- Read a workplace conflict case.
- Step 1: Identify each person’s emotions.
- Step 2: Propose a calm, empathetic response.
- Step 3: Write a short Response Plan explaining how self-awareness, empathy, and self-regulation apply.
Output: EQ Analysis + Written Plan.
4. Reflection (2-3 min)
