Creative Collaboration

Goal: Today we'll focus on how to work together creatively. Collaboration isn't just dividing tasks—it's blending ideas to make something stronger.

1. Kick-Off (2-3 min)

Prompt: Think of a great team experience—what made it successful? What about a bad one?

Goal: Connect teamwork quality to communication, trust, and respect.

2. Core Concepts (5-7 min)

3. Guided Work Time (12-15 min)

Tier 1 — “Team Charter”

  • Groups create short teamwork “rules” for communication, respect, and accountability.
  • Present charters aloud.

Tier 2 — “Collaboration Simulation”

  • Teams are given a task (e.g., design a 30-second ad or campaign idea).
  • Collaborate and present within time limit using shared roles.

4. Reflection (2-3 min)

Exit Ticket:

  • How does collaboration spark creativity?
