Stage Time Purpose & Activity Instructor Notes
1. Kick-Off 2-3 min Scenario: "You promised to finish a group task by Friday but didn't tell anyone you'd be late. What happens?" Lead short discussion on consequences (trust loss, stress).
2. Core Concepts 5-7 min Introduce five habits: Commitment, Punctuality, Communication, Consistency, Accountability. Use relatable examples—practice, part-time jobs, or class deadlines.
3. Guided Work Time 12-15 min Tier 1: "Personal Time Audit" — identify one recurring lateness cause and create a fix. Tier 2: "Mini-Project Planning" — build 3-day schedule with check-ins and backup plan. Encourage communication if delays occur. Model "professional apology" phrasing.
4. Reflection / Exit Ticket 2-3 min Prompt: "Why is being reliable more than being on time?" "What's one change you'll make this week?" Collect and review next class to reinforce accountability.
